What's involved?

To confirm your order, simply 'sign and accept' the formal quote and pay the deposit invoice.

Why would I pay a deposit?

When an order is placed with a factory, they take a 30% deposit to pay for materials, labour and also to get commitment.

When buying pallets of pots from a wholesaler no deposit is required, as the wholesaler has paid the deposit to the factory to get the pots.

By order direct from a factory you secure a supply of pots, as well as maximising your margin, however a deposit is necessary.

Why doesn't Amwits pay the deposit?

Amwits acts as a contract manufacturing agency and it takes bespoke orders on behalf of various trusted partner factories. Amwits is not a wholesaler and therefore does not hold stock, or have wholesaler overheads. This enables Amwits to deliver the maximum possible value. When an order is placed, the order is specifically manufactured and delivered, as opposed to ordered with the hope of selling it in the fullness of time.

Can I cancel an order?

It is possible to cancel an order, however no guarantee can be given of a deposit refund.
